| FOR SERVING ONES | You should be currently serving high schoolers in your locality if you would like to serve at SSOT. This is to preserve a good atmosphere at the conference. If you are not currently serving in your locality but would like to serve at SSOT, please fellowship with the responsible brother/s in your locality before registering. |

| PAYMENT DUE DATE | Final payment must be made by Monday, 20 October 2025 |
| TRANSPORTATION | If you are flying to/from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport and require transportation to/from the conference centres, please ensure your flights: * ARRIVE BEFORE: 1pm, on 19 December 2025 * DEPART AFTER: 6pm, on 23 December 2025 (domestic flights) or 7pm, on 23 December 2025 (International flights) For brothers who are joining TSB before joining SSOT, ARRIVE BEFORE: 1pm, on 18 December 2025 You will need to complete the Transportation Form in the registration link. |
